Llopis explains that that diversity “is about embracing many different types of people, who stand for different things and represent different cultures, generations, ideas, and thinking.” He says that diversity leadership must drive innovation – and that it’s the CEO’s job to ensure that diversity “becomes an embedded mindset with common threads that touch all functional areas (internally) and the supply chain (externally).”
