Description
ROP Survey: The online ROP Survey provides a baseline assessment that identifies gaps between the current and desired state of the organization so that appropriate learning investments can be made to close the gaps and drive critical business results. Reports can be provided at manager, department, and company levels.
Advisor: Advisor is a 460-page online resource guide, applicable from either the managers or the performers perspective, that helps individuals take personal responsibility for performance planning and improvement.
Peak Performer: This interactive tool is designed to help participants use knowledge gained from the Real Learning Symphony and Conductor workshops. With more than 200 key management diagnostic questions, Peak Performer is a way to analyze employee or team performance and uncover opportunities for improvement. Action plans can be developed within this program, with built-in suggestions and action items.
Inspiration: Inspiration taps into the power of a leading-edge, Web-based assessment system with an easy-to-use measurement instrument for identifying gaps between current and desired performance. During a one-day workshop, participants analyze a 360-degree personal performance survey of their managers, peers and subordinates, and/or customers; overall company scores; and comparisons to their self-evaluation. Participants use this awareness to identify their talents and areas of greatest strength, and create a Web-supported personal development plan.
SMART Goals: SMART Goals is a powerful, Web-based tool used by managers and team members to create and communicate goals, accomplishments, and tasks. The system provides an effective, flexible mechanism for cascading goals through the organization, and communicating accomplishments to team leaders and team members.
