In this high-pressure game environment, participants discover how teamwork combined with goal-setting, strategy and planning help them achieve success. After completing Gold of the Desert Kings, participants approach business challenges with renewed zest and confidence, and demonstrate:

Program Description
Gold of the Desert Kings recreates the pressures found in the workplace in a fun and non-threatening environment. During the game, participant teams are required to manage their resources and limited supplies in order to cross a hostile desert. They must reach the mountains, mine for gold, and return across the desert to home base where they exchange their gold for cash. At the conclusion of Gold of the Desert Kings, participants return to the job with renewed confidence in their ability to set goals, plan, lead, manage resources, and work in teams.

Implementation/Customization
Gold of the Desert Kings is a 3-4 hour simulation, including debrief. It can be run for as few as 10 and as many as 900 participants.

Custom debriefings and add-on modules tailored to specific performance criteria (goal setting, account planning, territory management, etc.) are available.
