This one-day learning program uses a 360-degree assessment tool that taps into the power of a leading-edge Web-based data collection system. Using the data and engaging workshop activities, participants identify the behaviors that will produce the greatest impact and sense of personal success. Participants' superiors use the Web-based tool to identify gaps between current and desired performance, and to track improvement over time. Program Description
Participants use a state-of-the-art, 360-degree online assessment tool to solicit feedback about their personal performance from managers, peers, and subordinates and/or customers. They receive the results, along with comparison to their self-evaluations and overall company scores, during the one-day Inspiration learning workshop.

During the experiential workshop, participants interpret the data, identify their talents and areas of greatest strength, develop a better understanding of their roles and responsibilities, and create a Web-supported personal development plan. They use a powerful online developmental planning and coaching system during and after the workshop that ties into each key area of feedback and helps them plan and chart their personal development. Participants leave the workshop with a set of tools to support their continued growth and development. Their superiors receive coaching guides to support a recommended post-workshop meeting with participants and beyond.

Implementation/Customization
