Program Description
During Lord Devon's Demise, participants play the roles of Scotland Yard representatives working on a realistic crime scene investigation set at a grand English estate. The intense, information-rich environment forces participants and teams to share, organize, and evaluate an abundance of information in a short period of time. Using tools provided, they are challenged to hone their abilities in a hectic fact-finding mission that challenges even the most organized and detailed investigator.
The program highlights the seven key principles of running an effective, results-focused meeting and presents a process to gather, evaluate, and organize information quickly. Participants improve their ability to communicate, define, and manage processes in ways that maximize the productivity of all interactions. They also learn how to set team standards and create common team language, share information, respond quickly and efficiently to change, and build leadership.
Implementation/Customization
Lord Devon's Demise is typically implemented as a 3-4 hour session. It can be run for groups as small as 10 and as large as 2,000. The program is ideal for use in both a conference and training setting.
