Promises, Promises!™, from Eagle's Flight, develops the skills that foster internal cooperation and teamworkthe same skills that support exceptional service to external customers. This fun, fast-paced program forces participants to confront the pressures of interdependent teams, and demonstrates the strong relationship between quality communication and quality results. As participants play the roles of politicians trying to achieve consensus from various groups, they learn to create trust, share resources, and build strong relationships as they provide service to internal customers. After employees complete Promises, Promises!, your organization will benefit from:

Program Description
Working in teams of 2 to 6, participants play the roles of newly elected politicians who must keep campaign promises made to constituents in order to stay in power. Each team represents one of 10 countries, which in turn represents the various roles, people, departments, locations, teams, or areas within an organization. To fulfill its promises, each team must build relationships and support other countriessome of which are less responsible than othersand learn to use shared resources productively. Participants' ultimate goal is to get the right resources to the right people according to their needs and deadlines.
During Promises, Promises!, participants experience the huge benefits of trust and a common vision. By the conclusion of the program, they are able to deliver exceptional service to internal individuals and teams, to the increased effectiveness of the entire organization.
Implementation/Customization
Promises, Promises! is typically implemented as a 3-4 hour session. It can be run for groups as small as 20 and as large as 1,000.
