The Ultimate Sales Manager Simulation, from Porter Henry & Company, is a challenging, two-day workshop that gives sales managers a unique opportunity to improve key skills within a simulated environment. Designed to replicate realistic sales manager situations, the workshop encompasses a variety of skills designed around a typical sales team. As sales managers advance through the simulation in small teams, they are challenged by a variety of sales leadership, coaching, counseling, and related situations. After The Ultimate Sales Manager Simulation, your sales managers will achieve better team results because of their ability to:

Program Description
The two-day Ultimate Sales Manager Simulation experience challenges sales managers via a variety of role-plays, team workshops, and planning and problem-solving requirements. After the participants debrief their responses and solutions to the Master Case Study, they immediately apply the learning to their own sales team data. They leave the workshop with new learning, reinforcement of critical skills, and a set of plans that can be utilized immediately with their own sales teams.
The workshop is designed around seven action challenges (ACT = Action Challenge Training). The Action Challenge Training Agenda is composed of:
- ACT 1: Sales Leadership
- ACT 2: Determining Priorities/Actions
- ACT 3: Allocating Coaching Time
- ACT 4: Coaching
- ACT 5: Counseling
- ACT 6: Interviewing and Selection
- ACT 7: Motivational Sales Meetings
Implementation/Customization
Each Action Challenge in the simulation can be customized and enhanced, and new skills/situations can be substituted as needed. Program components include a pre-workshop assignment, detailed Leader’s Guide, PowerPoint visuals, a Master Case Study, and Participant’s Workbook. In addition to training, The Ultimate Sales Manager Simulation can also be used for assessing sales manager performance.
