Susan Sehring Sheehy Launches Advantage Performance Group Affiliate in Wisconsin

Veteran Training Consultant Brings Sales Force and Leadership Development Expertise to Premier Human Performance Network

MILWAUKEE, WI (October 12, 2004) - Advantage Performance Group (APG), one of the world's largest human performance consulting networks, today announced the addition of Susan Sehring Sheehy to their roster of high-talent partners. Sheehy will open the first APG affiliate office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and serve organizations state-wide with innovative sales, leadership training and business acumen solutions designed to maximize business impact and training ROI.

Sheehy will operate the Milwaukee human performance consulting practice on the APG philosophy, which is to find the best training for a specific organization's situation, customize it, and apply a unique methodology to track and achieve outcomes that can be linked to business results. As an APG affiliate, Sheehy will leverage the experience of APG's co-owners and alliances with premier suppliers, bringing to Wisconsin industries, including the healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, and financial sectors a cumulative 400 years' experience in human performance consulting.

“Two factors really set APG apart in my mind. First, it has this great network of brilliant, seasoned entrepreneurs that combines the industry reach and supplier network of a large firm with the intimacy and client focus of a smaller firm,” said Sheehy. “Second, APG specializes in some of the most effective training, including experiential, discovery learning, which can result in faster business goal attainment for the entire organization.”

A Green Bay, Wisconsin native, Sheehy graduated from Marquette University and is proud to be bringing her 20 plus years of experience in sales, leadership and business acumen training to organizations in her home state. Specifically, her focus on helping companies improve sales and service profitability, create a global business strategy, and enhance performance value has put her at the forefront of sales and leadership training. Most recently, Sheehy served as vice president of sales for BayGroup International where she developed strategic behavior change initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that Sheehy was a senior account executive with AchieveGlobal (formerly, Zenger-Miller).

“Susan brings a wealth of management, human performance, sales and leadership training experience to our team,” said Glenn Jackson, president of Advantage Performance Group. “She has a history of developing business and extending brand presence throughout the Midwest. We're pleased to have her promote APG's resources and bring some outstanding sales force and leadership programs to the region.”
