Paul Schnabel

Paul Schnabel is a dynamic speaker, business leader, facilitator and author who works with organizations to create breakthrough performance and to help individuals develop qualities required for impact and success. Paul has extensive experience in executive leadership, sales and operations management, strategic communication and presentations. He has delivered keynotes and workshops to a number of world class organizations including Avery Dennison, Lexus, American Express, UPS, Wells Fargo, Toyota, Symantec, TAC and Nokia.

Paul is a partner in the Advantage Performance Group, a leading performance training and consulting organization. In this role, Paul speaks, consults and provides best in class learning solutions to address tough performance challenges in global organizations.

Paul has empowered individuals and organizations to succeed in a rapidly changing environment for the past 20 years. Paul earned a B.S. degree in management from the University of Massachusetts and is a graduate of Outward Bound, where he completed a 28-day wilderness skills and leadership course in the remote regions of Maine. He is the 2001 Arizona Public Speaking Champion for Toastmasters International.
