Annika McCrea, President and CEO

Annika joined APG in January of 2008 as President and CEO. In charge of leading the integration of Advantage with BTS since Advantage's acquisition in Aug. 2006, Annika McCrea has been with BTS for over 11 years in the roles of consultant, seminar leader, account manager, project leader and general manager of the San Francisco office. In 1998, McCrea opened the BTS San Francisco office which has grown to be the company's second largest office in the world. Some of the clients that she has been involved with include Eastman Kodak, Nortel, ABB, Texas Instruments, Tektronix, Weyerhaeuser and Genentech. Prior to BTS, McCrea worked for a management development and training company, MCE (Management Centre Europe) in Brussels, Belgium. McCrea has an MBA from the University of Lund, School of Economics, Sweden.
Timothy P. Mooney,
Advantage WaySM Practice Leader

Tim Mooney is the Practice Leader for The Advantage WaySM. He is a seasoned performance consulting expert who specializes in assessment and organizational change. In this role, Tim is responsible for growing the business, developing the practice offering/capabilities, and working closely with the APG and BTS consultants to ensure customer satisfaction and measurable results on all projects. Tim is a frequent speaker and writer on the topic of achieving measurable business impact from training. He has recently co-authored a book with Rob Brinkerhoff, Courageous Training, which was released in May 2008.
Tim has worked with numerous clients including General Motors, Sun Chemical, Sony, Nortel, Cisco, Toyota, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medrad where he has designed and implemented comprehensive selection systems and culture change projects.
Prior to joining Advantage in 2000, he served in a senior management capacity for DDI, working closely with leading global organizations. His roles included Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Assessment, Practice Leader for Targeted Selection, and Regional Vice President. Tim earned a B.A. degree in Psychology from Butler University in Indianapolis and an M.A. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron.
Rex Brown, Vice President Sales Operations

Rex has been in sales for his entire career. After receiving a degree in Communications/Advertising, he worked with 3M Company in the copier division. He was promoted to major account sales in the San Francisco area. When he left 3M he worked with high technology companies, such as Cisco Systems and TRW Information Networks Division, in progressively more technically oriented sales in the data communications arena. He has been a district manager, regional manager and vice president of sales. He was a senior partner at Advantage Performance Group for fourteen years, prior to becoming Vice President of Sales Operations. |
