Annika McCrea, President and CEO

Annika McCrea joined Advantage Performance Group in January of 2008 as President and CEO. She has been with BTS for more than 11 years, prior to that in the roles of consultant, seminar leader, account manager, project leader, and general manager of the San Francisco office. The BTS San Francisco office, established in 1998, has grown to be the company’s second largest in the world. Some of the clients with which McCrea has been involved include Eastman Kodak, Nortel, ABB, Texas Instruments, Tektronix, Weyerhaeuser and Genentech. Prior to BTS, McCrea worked for a management development and training company, MCE (Management Centre Europe) in Brussels, Belgium. She has an MBA from the University of Lund, School of Economics, Sweden.
Rex Brown, Chief Operating Officer

Advantage Performance Group Chief Operating Officer Rex Brown helps professionals take a holistic view of all the major active elements that enable organizations and their people to change and grow. A seasoned consultant with an extensive career serving clients across multiple industries, Rex’s specialty is sales and sales management. He has been a district manager, regional manager, and vice president of sales. After receiving a degree in Communications/Advertising, Rex worked in major account sales for 3M’s San Francisco area. He has served in data communications sales roles for high-tech companies including Cisco Systems. Rex was a senior partner at Advantage Performance Group for 14 years prior to becoming the firm’s Chief Operating Officer.
Russell Paterra, SVP Optimization Initiatives

Russell Paterra is a highly credentialed and experienced senior executive who brings the knowhow of leading organizations to success. His responsibility is to assist senior executives in our client organizations with the practical thought processes and disciplines for the successful implementation of their Sales Optimization efforts with a single intent in mind… deliver positive economic impact to their respective companies. Paterra’s experience includes sales, sales and customer satisfaction executive and CEO responsibilities. His clients include Fortune 500 companies across a myriad of industries.
Kevin Brito, Business Development

Kevin Brito is a highly experienced account manager who specializes in new business development. Charged with creating robust lead generation and client contact opportunities for Advantage, Brito is the company’s primary website and online communications manager. He also serves as the Advantage Partner liaison, providing resources and coordination to the company’s Partner and Thought Leader networks. Brito’s career includes inside sales with Pitney Bowes and managerial roles with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. He has also partnered with clients that include Hilton, American Express, Nationwide, H&R Block, PNC Bank, and Aflac.
