What happens when frontline ingenuity meets executive sponsorship? For one global tech company, the result was a surge of creativity and a blueprint for future growth.

A quest for innovation inspired the launch of the Fast Forward Innovation Challenge, a company-wide initiative Advantage Partner Steven Orova helped design and facilitate to unlock bold, growth-driving ideas from every corner of the organization.

Over the course of three months, employees worldwide submitted business cases to better serve customers and drive new revenue. With coaching and mentoring support, seven finalist teams developed full business cases and presented them to the executive team in a “Shark Tank”-style event.  One winning idea earned dedicated investment and implementation support, while several others are being carefully evaluated for implementation.

Working directly with the leadership team, Steven guided the design of the challenge, led coaching for the finalists, and helped executives evaluate the ideas through a business-acumen lens.

The experience proved that innovation scales when leaders invite participation and treat growth as a shared responsibility.
