Brian Garshelis

Partner

Minneapolis

Brian has dedicated his career to cultivating and developing managers and leaders, both internally and externally. He has a rich history of designing and facilitating career and talent development programs internally for New Sector Alliance (nonprofit talent development organization), the Institute for Nonprofit Practice, the Stanford Graduate School of Business, U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar, and the Bloomington Public Schools (MN).

As an external consultant, Brian has created and facilitated talent development programs for companies large and small, from Salesforce, Samsung, Disney, and Genentech to startups Sprinklr, skykick, Optimizely, and many others. Brian received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of St. Thomas. He now lives in Minnesota with his wife and four sons.

Throughout my career, I’ve been energized by partnering closely with leaders and managers because I genuinely care about their growth. I want to help people see themselves more clearly, lead with greater confidence, and translate insight into meaningful action. APG’s commitment to building deep relationships with clients, fully understanding their context, and serving as a true extension of their team reflects the same belief that has always guided my work: People development starts with care.
