What do you stand for — really?

It's one thing to list your values. It's another to know which ones are actually driving you.

Most of us have more values than we can hold at once. This exercise helps you do what's hard. Sort them. Prioritize them. See the pattern.

In about 5 minutes, you'll drag 36 values into 4 tiers — most important, often important, sometimes important, and least important.

When you're done, you'll get a personal values profile, an archetype that names what drives you, an honest look at the tensions in your top values, and specific suggestions for how to live them more fully.

This is one piece of the work we do through Manifesting Values — helping individuals and organizations close the gap between the values they claim and the ones they actually live.

Start here:

Discover your values

Drag each card into a column. Fill your 6 most important first, then distribute the remaining 30. When done, click Get my insights for a personal values profile.

0 of 36 sorted

Most important 0 / 6
Often important 0 / 10
Sometimes important 0 / 10
Least important 0 / 10
Unsorted cards — drag to a column above

Tip: Start with your 6 most defining values, then fill the rest.

Want to bring this kind of work to your team?

When an organization's values live on a wall but not in day-to-day decisions, something breaks — slowly, then all at once. Manifesting Values helps teams and leaders translate shared values into the specific behaviors that make culture real.
