Talent Development Tuesday
Building success in talent development – one thought at a time.
It’s your world
“Make the customer the hero of your story.”
– Donald Miller, Building a StoryBrand
This week, our thought leader partners Brent Snow and Sean Murray from 10,000 Feet shared with us an exciting look at the next evolution of Interplay and Decision Mojo, their flagship leadership development experiences for building stronger business judgment and decision-making skills.
Their vision builds on years of proven success by making every learning experience even more relevant and impactful.
Brent and Sean shared how Interplay and Decision Mojo are evolving to more clearly reflect each client’s world—their business, language, priorities, and real-world challenges. They also unveiled a new moments-based simulation within Decision Mojo, where leaders navigate a realistic “week in the life” through client-specific decision moments, balancing the competing demands of speed, quality, and buy-in.
Sean described the impact this way: “When a company gets their world built into Interplay … there’s a certain magic to the facilitation and engagement around what happens.” He said some recent participants even started talking about the experience “as if they had built a lot of it.”
That’s what happens when learners recognize their world in the learning. Engagement deepens. Conversations become richer. Application accelerates.
It’s a powerful reminder that the future of leadership development isn’t about generic solutions—it’s about creating experiences people genuinely own.
Brent summed it up best: “No Generic Solutions. Ever.”
One great thing for 07.07.26 – Speaking of YOUR world, we asked the people who have signed up for our July 23 webinar on Impact Lab —the new hands-on AI experience from our thought leader partners at Harness Intelligence with the Wiseman Group — to tell us their biggest challenge. Here are the top trends so far:
- Getting people to actually use AI — not just have access to it
- Helping leaders and managers lead effectively in an AI-enabled world
- Scaling programs with lean teams and no time
- Aligning the organization through relentless change
- Proving the ROI of AI investment
- AI governance — what tools, what rules, what’s even supported
Sound familiar? One person put it perfectly: “AI adoption is (wrongly) seen as a tech initiative rather than a large change, human initiative.”
You’re sending us a strong signal that confirms our point of view that AI is, above all, a people challenge. That’s exactly what we’re unpacking on July 23, when we’ll share how Impact Lab helps participants up-level their own work with high-impact, job-ready AI tools.
RSVP here to attend (or we’ll send you the replay if you can’t make it) and tell us YOURS.
