The organizations getting the most from AI have figured out one important truth: It’s never been about just the technology.

Organizations that struggle to realize AI’s potential are often solving the wrong problem. The challenge isn’t the technology or the tool. It’s helping people change how they think and work so they can use AI strategically to solve more valuable problems.

Too often, AI is used to complete routine tasks faster. Using AI to summarize a meeting saves time. Using it to challenge assumptions before a major decision creates value.
