ASTD’s 2011 BEST Awards
On October 6th, ASTD announced the winners of its 9th Annual BEST Awards. These companies are the world’s best at “building enterprise-wide talent, supported by the organization’s leaders, fostering a thorough learning culture.”
Top winners this year: Shell Oil and Jiffy Lube. The 32 organizations honored “excelled in creating innovative, vibrant learning cultures that clearly aligned with strategic business goals.”
