Christopher is a talent management advisor working with the business/region HRBP leads and business leaders at HP Personal Systems,3D Print & CTO/HP Labs to identify talent and organization performance requirements and execute solutions.

He drives core Talent strategies, initiatives, programs and processes across the organization and serves as the voice of the business back to the broader Talent, Learning and Diversity teams and “go-to” resource for all talent and organizational performance solutions. Prior to joining HP, Chris worked at Bank of America and Starbucks. Chris lives in San Francisco.
