Celebrating 20 years

This week, we’re celebrating 20 years of Advantage and BTS—and the possibilities that partnership creates for our clients.

More than 30 years ago, John Hoskins and Glenn Jackson founded Advantage Performance Group on a simple premise: The best training doesn’t come from one source. It comes from finding the sharpest thinkers, wherever they are, and bringing their ideas to the organizations and people who need them. Early co-founder Richard Hodge helped lay that foundation, and the approach he helped build still shapes our work today.
