Talent Development Tuesday
Building success in talent development – one thought at a time.
Coaching, amplified
“The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence—it is to act with yesterday’s logic.”
– Peter Drucker
For HR and L&D leaders, the mandate is clear: Scale development, personalize it, and demonstrate impact—faster than ever. At the same time, leaders at every level are navigating constant change, rising expectations, and increasing complexity.
Coaching has never been more relevant—or more needed.
And yet, it’s often been reserved for senior leaders, leaving mid-level leaders—those closest to the work and the people—without consistent support.
That’s beginning to shift.
In our upcoming webinar, we’ll explore what it takes to amplify and scale coaching in a way that works. We’ll look at Sounding Board, which enables high-quality, human coaching at scale—tailored to an organization’s culture, context, and business priorities. That’s not easy to get right, but it’s where meaningful impact happens.
We’ll also explore AI coaching, which is easier to deploy and experiment with—but serves a different role. When used intentionally, it can extend the reach of human coaching and help make development more accessible.
Because the goal isn’t just to scale coaching—it’s to bring together human connection, intelligent tools, and wider reach to better develop leaders at every level.
One great thing for 04.14.26 – When AI talks back: Claude joins a firm, then writes about it – We’ve been big fans of Jim Perry and the team at Harness Intelligence for a while now — and this 2-part series stopped us in our tracks. Jim uses Claude (Anthropic’s AI) as a genuine working partner, not just a tool. The way he talks about it, and how Claude describes working with Jim, might just change how you think about what’s possible for your own team.
