Working in teams, participants develop strategy and resolve business challenges. No matter which resolutions they come up with, the Interplay experiential learning process makes clear which decisions and activities have the greatest business impact and contribute to the company’s short and long-term success.

Interplay also incorporates the best of game-based learning in a high-impact day that is both challenging and fun. Real-time debriefs help participants see the impact of their decisions on improving the performance of their simulated organization. Participants then connect these insights to their own job-related challenges and opportunities.
