Talent Development Tuesday - Back to school (school bus icon)

Back to school

“The capacity to learn is a gift; The ability to learn is a skill;
The willingness to learn is a choice.”

Brian Herbert in Dune: House Harkonnen

As kids everywhere are going back to school (however possible given the challenges of this relentless pandemic), today we’d like to celebrate and thank all of the educators out there who are making the world a better place, one pop quiz at a time.

Who among you will never forget that favorite teacher from elementary school (Miss Hall, 3rd grade), or the really hard one who helped you learn more than you thought you could (Mr. Stout, trigonometry)?

And because, in this crowd, especially, we know that school is just the beginning of this learning journey we call life, here’s to all the learning & development leaders helping people continue to learn, grow, and achieve more each and every day. Thank you!

On that note, we at Advantage and some of our thought leader partners are launching a free back-to-school learning series to highlight skills that every leader can benefit from in a world that keeps changing and demanding we keep up. Take our virtual school bus to 6 free 1-hour mini classes that will help you lead your organization into the future of work. Enroll here!

Your favorite teacher would be proud of you.
