Breaking down the different roles in Talent Development with Tracie Cantu

We are constantly considered deliverers of service when in reality, we are solution providers.

In the Hot Seat: Tracie Cantu on why a unicorn hire doesn’t exist

Andy’s guest is Tracie Cantu, a forward-thinking, digital-first learning tech and talent development leader with a bias for operational impact. The majority of her career has been spent at the intersection of employee performance, operational impact, and technology where she is seen as a trusted advisor and peer to business leaders, directly contributing to the achievement of business outcomes.

Tracie Cantu has 15+ years of experience leading learning and learning technology teams in various industries, including aviation, insurance, government, retail, big tech, and finance. She is currently the Head of Learning Ecosystems for a large tech company based in Silicon Valley.

In this episode, Andy and Tracie discuss where the skills revolution has fallen short; mistakes she sees most often in L&D when it comes to careers; and what companies can do to begin to take advantage of this new diversity in the L&D career path.
