Andy’s guest is Ryan McCrea, Vice President and Manager of Talent Development at Commerce Bank in St. Louis. Ryan has focused his career on making an impact on organizations by helping them maximize and develop their talent. He leads the efforts around people growth, including designing corporate-wide professional development resources and initiatives through a program called “Commerce for You.” He has responsibility for building leadership in the organization through three leadership development programs for high-potential team members.

Andy and Ryan discuss what the aspiring manager program at Commerce Bank looks like; how “Commerce for You” has created job opportunities within the bank and help employees find their paths; and where he sees modern leadership going.
