Advantage welcomes Brian Garshelis as a new partner based in Minneapolis

SAN RAFAEL, CA - Brian Garshelis, a popular and seasoned leader in talent development, has become an Advantage Performance Group partner,  joining longtime Minneapolis-based Advantage Partner Mary Steiner. Brian has dedicated his career to cultivating and developing managers and leaders, both internally and externally.

Brian has a rich history of designing and facilitating career and talent development programs internally for New Sector Alliance (nonprofit talent development organization), the Institute for Nonprofit Practice, the Stanford Graduate School of Business, U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar, and the Bloomington Public Schools (MN).

As an external consultant, he has created and facilitated talent development programs for companies large and small, from Salesforce, Samsung, Disney, and Genentech to startups Sprinklr, skykick, Optimizely, and many others.

He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of St. Thomas. He now lives in Minnesota with his wife and four sons.
