Building success in talent development – one thought at a time.
Wrapping up The Intangibles
“Great things happen to those who don’t stop believing, trying, learning, and being grateful.”
– Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart
Last Friday, we concluded Season One of The Intangibles, our web series designed to help you awaken hidden superpowers in your organization’s most valuable intangible assets—your people— especially in times of disruption and uncertainty.
And although the series has concluded, the first 3 episodes are streaming on demand. We’ll be sharing more soon from our finale — 3 experiences with AI from our thought leader partners at Harness Intelligence that empower leaders and professionals to lean into change and transformation, and accelerate AI adoption along the way.
Today we’d like to extend our sincere thanks to all of our thought leaders and contributors for their inspiration and participation, including:
- Brent Snow of 10,000 Feet LLC, whose Interplay learning experience on business acumen (“a mini MBA in a day”) inspired the name and concept for this series. Interplay teaches financial literacy, and makes clear how intangible assets including culture and talent contribute greatly to an organization’s value.
- BlueEQ and Advantage Partner Peg Ruppert, who facilitated Episode One: Building Trust to Unlock Team Potential, which focused on how to build emotional intelligence as a leadership superpower.
- Advantage Partner Lori Urban, who facilitated Episode Two: Unleashing the Brilliance in Others featuring Multipliers, the official simulation/learning journey developed with Multipliers author Liz Wiseman and BTS. Multipliers become talent magnets whose superpower is drawing out the best in others by encouraging them to step up, speak out, and stretch beyond what they think they are capable of.
- John Hoskins and David Pearson of Level Five Selling, who joined Advantage Partner and Host Mary Steiner on Episode Three: Going from Great to Extraordinary featuring the award-winning Level Five Coaching System. With Level Five, leaders become performance partners whose questioning superpowers lead to new insights and breakthroughs.
- To Jim Perry and Richard Hodge at Harness Intelligence and Advantage Partner and Host Selen Turner for their contributions on our 3-part finale to accelerate your AI skills and ignite your human intelligence superpowers in The Human + AI Series: Harnessing the Future, helping people collaborate with AI in new ways, assess their unique leadership style with AI, and invent futuristic customer solutions ahead of their time.
- To Advantage President & CEO Jonathan Hodge, an ICF-certified leadership and executive coach, for weaving in powerful coaching moments relevant to each episode in the series.
- To everyone else who signed up, attended, and/or helped us promote this series, please know we are grateful for your support!
