Advantage Partner Selen Turner is leading a session at 12pm Tuesday, July 15, for the Women's Mastery Institute that connects her doctoral research on inclusion to real-world issues for women in leadership roles.
Selen is a seasoned HR executive with more than 20 years of experience driving talent strategies across Fortune 500 companies in industries such as cruise lines, technology, manufacturing, and financial services. She is passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces, leading culture transformations, and sharing her expertise as a global advisor and speaker.
A partner at Advantage Performance Group since August of 2024, Selen advises individuals and organizations through strategic solutions that accelerate talent development, culture change, strategic HR, sales enablement, and inclusion initiatives.
She is completing her PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Grand Canyon University, contributing research on how DEI is affecting African-American women in the workplace.
