Selen Turner

A seasoned talent development leader and HR executive specializing in crafting holistic HR strategies that drive organizational success, Selen Turner formerly led global talent management for Mastercard and medical device pioneer Cordis.

With over 20 years of experience, she has driven talent strategies across Fortune 500 companies in industries such as cruise lines, technology, manufacturing, and financial services. She is passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces, leading culture transformations, and sharing her expertise as a global advisor and speaker.

As a partner at Advantage Performance Group, Selen advises individuals and organizations through strategic solutions that accelerate talent development, culture change, strategic HR, sales enablement, and inclusion initiatives.

She is completing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, contributing research on how DEI is affecting African-American women in the workplace.

Through those and other roles, Selen has ushered diverse teams through culture transformations and implemented award-winning programs. Her passion for creating inclusive workplaces and empowering teams extends to designing innovative strategies to foster growth and excellence.  Selen’s extensive background in HR together with academic rigor makes her a sought-after advisor and speaker.

A native of Turkey, Selen and her husband, Andie, share their Florida home in greater Palm Beach with two rescue dogs.
