Thrive Forward: Leaders’ Forum – Why I believe and why others join me

I created Thrive Forward: Leaders' Forum because I believe that the future of work can't be shaped in silos.

Our challenges are complex. Our organizations are evolving. And yet, too often, solutions are developed without cross-pollination—without bringing together the very voices that could elevate innovation and inclusion to new heights.

Thrive Forward changes that.

With support from Barry University and Advantage Performance Group, this community is rooted in a powerful principle: Diversity of thought drives transformation. We welcome leaders across the HR spectrum—CHROs, CLOs, Total Rewards strategists, talent management and acquisition leaders —alongside academic thinkers and nonprofit change-makers. Each session is immersive, research-informed, and unapologetically bold.

We go beyond ideas. We connect theory to practice. We tackle most complex issues we face in leadership such as AI adoption, HR's strategic role and culture design—not as buzzwords, but as urgent priorities. Together, we tailor evidence-based frameworks to the realities our organizations face today.

These are not just sessions, and they are not meetings. They are designed carefully and thoughtfully to spark true collaborative problem solving, exchange of ideas, learning of practices and evidence-based strategies. It is not a session; it is an experience! Here is some feedback from our participants about the value:

  • “The energy in the room, collaborating with industry leaders, and facilitation was world-class.”
  • “The ability to connect with other HR professionals and share ideas in an unbiased setting.”

That's why we’ve earned 90%+ NPS scores and why the community keeps growing.

If you care about culture, strategy, and solving problems with courage and intellect—give this forum a try. Join us August 7 and experience what this movement is all about.
