Core Program + Coaching and Recorded Practice

This option adds a coaching component, a longer videotaped practice session with expert and peer feedback, and a video review comparing their benchmark and final video.

Success story: Boeing Sales and Marketing Organization

The problem
This organization’s primary challenge was to foster deeper trust both internally and externally. Recognizing a need for development in this area, they sought an effective solution to enhance collaboration and credibility across the organization.

The solution
Inside-Out Learning’s solution was a 2-hour virtual program centered on Charlie Green’s trust equation, offering a highly interactive experience through small-group breakouts, polls, and large- group chats. The problem

Success story: Commit Agency

The problem
Commit Agency lacked a structured process for addressing conflict, causing employees to either avoid difficult discussions or vent without resolution. This led to a culture where tensions persisted and issues went unaddressed, hindering effective collaboration.

The solution
Inside-Out Learning delivered a half-day conflict management training program, introducing the TKI assessment to identify personal and team conflict management preferences. In addition, the program included the Ladder of Inference and other conflict management tools for transparently addressing issues. These tools, still in use today, empowered employees to raise conflicts openly and resolve them constructively, transforming the organization’s culture.

The results
The training earned 5-star evaluations and prompted the creation of signage displaying the Ladder of Inference and each employee’s TKI preferences on every desk. By regularly reminding everyone to “clear their ladders,” effective conflict resolution quickly became a core part of the agency’s culture.

Our Creating a Culture of Care program is highly experiential and interactive, and it can be delivered virtually in three 3-hour modules, or a as a 1- or 2-day, in-person program.

Success story: Hologic

The problem
Hologic sought a coaching program aligned with their values to support their “Culture to Perform” and “Culture of Care.” The program needed to equip leaders with tools and resources for effective communication and coaching that incorporated both empathy and accountability.

The solution
IOL delivered a 1-day, in-person program for 25 leaders using IOL’s culture of care framework that incorporates company values and behaviors. The program uses interactive Role Play and Real Play scenarios to reinforce learning and provides participants with 8 practical tools for immediate implementation for creating a culture of care.

The results
The training session was rated highly and 100% of participants said it met or exceeded their expectations. Participants enjoyed how engaging the training was and said they were excited to start using the tools to help them create a culture of care. Hologic has scheduled more programs for this year.

Our 1-Day Advanced Storytelling Program is designed for executives, VPs, and above. At these levels, you need to knowhow to tell stories on a panel, in a meeting or presentation, and in general. The progra mallows for practice rounds, with each participant leaving with 3 well-written stories that theycan use in daily work. Participants learn four key elements and goals in writing exceptional stories and they learn tools and tips for effective storytelling.

Expected outcomes
Participants walk away with three stories that they can immediately use in professional and leadership settings. Attendees will be able to present centered in their Authentic Executive Brand, be able to tailor their message to a diverse audience and will learn crisp storytelling tools that will save them time in crafting presentations and messaging.
